Price Match Conditions

• In-store purchases only
• Competitor must be a local physical retail store open to the public
• Product must be identical (brand, size, and specification)
• Both stores must have the item in stock at the time of enquiry
• Competitor price must be publicly verifiable

Price Match Exclusions

We do not review pricing against:

• Online-only retailers (including marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay)
• Clearance, closing down, or promotional offers
• Multi-buy discounts, voucher codes, or loyalty schemes
• Pricing errors, typographical errors, or incorrect pricing
• Bulk or trade-only pricing
• Additional discounts by the competitor, including their own price match offers

Note: Substrates and growing media are not included in single-unit price reviews. Bulk pricing is available in store. All price reviews are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Management reserves the right to decline any request.

Large & Multi-Product Orders

If you're planning a full grow room setup—including tent, lighting, extraction, nutrients, grow media, and accessories—please speak to our team. We’re happy to review full project quotations from local physical retailers and provide a competitive package price. All large orders are assessed individually and priced at management discretion.
